Community Health Services, Inc.(CHS) is a private, non-profit which provides preventive health services to the residents, workers and visitors of Pitkin County and the Roaring Fork Valley.

CHS offers these preventive health programs:
- Child, adult and travel immunizations
- Health screenings, annual exams, birth control, breast and cervical health
- HIV and sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment
- WIC nutrition counseling
- Maternal Health & Prenatal Care
