Our services support all stages of Family Planning. Whether you’re planning a pregnancy, looking for birth control or your family size is complete, we are here to support your long-term health and well-being. Community Health Services provides low-cost services for:
- Birth control
- Emergency contraception
- Confidential teen visits
- Pregnancy testing
- Sexual and reproductive health education
- Screenings and treatment for sexually transmitted infections
- Cervical and breast cancer screenings and referrals

We are a certified Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Title X clinic
Title X is a federally-funded program that provides family planning and reproductive healthcare services to individuals of childbearing age and of all income levels. Many patients qualify for a no-cost visit and no one is denied services based on inability to pay.

- Fees are based on patient income on a sliding fee scale.
- Patients are never turned away due to inability to pay.

Make a family planning appointment for a urine pregnancy test, birth control and/or birth control counseling, the Depo shot, STI testing, or another related family planning or reproductive health need. Telehealth visits are also available!
